RETURNS

At Resilient Bella Boutique, we understand that sometimes your fabulous item didn’t end up like you thought. We are happy to accept returns and will issue store credit for the amount of the item(s).

  • Returns are for store credit only! No refunds will be issued.
  • Returns must be received within 14 days of your order date for full credit. Please use tracking when sending an item back for safe arrival. We are not responsible for lost items.
  • Returns must be unworn, unwashed, and odor-free with all tags attached. Please include the original packing slip with the return. If items appear worn, have makeup or stains, your return will NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
  • Returns or exchanges after 14 days cannot be accepted. Please note: The original shipping charge is non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying shipping costs for any item (via any carrier) you return. 
  • Reduced and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items sent back past the return policy period, will be marked 'return to sender.'
  • Once a return is received and processed, you will receive an e-credit within 7 business days, that can be used on the website. A confirmation email will be sent once credit is available.

EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges must be received within 14 days of your order date for a full refund. Reduced and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns or exchanges after 14 days cannot be accepted. Please note: The original shipping charge is non-refundable and you will be responsible for paying shipping costs for any item (via any carrier) you return. 
  • Exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, and odor-free with all tags attached. Please include the original packing slip with the return. 
  • If you wish to exchange your item for another size, please return your unwanted item back to us. After we receive, inspect and approve your item for a refund, we will issue a store credit in the form of an e-gift card that you will be able to use towards the item you wish to order.
